SMS opt-in consent: EZ Electronics booking texts

EZ Electronics LLC (712 N Eastown Rd, Lima, OH 45807) sends booking confirmation and reminder text messages to customers who schedule a device drop-off through our public instant-offer form and tick the SMS consent checkbox. This page documents that opt-in exactly as customers see it.

Where customers opt in

• Public form: https://eztosellmyphone.com/sell.html (the form itself is served from https://pos.ezstocklist.com/sell?embed=1)
• No login, paywall, or purchase is required to reach the form.
• Message type: booking confirmation and reminder texts. Frequency: 1 to 3 messages per booking.

The consent checkbox, exactly as shown on the form

Step 3 of the form asks for name, phone, and email. Directly beneath the phone field and before the submit button, this checkbox appears. It is unchecked by default; customers must tick it to receive texts.
