30-day return guarantee
If the device is not right for you, send it back. No story required.
Last updated July 2026
The short version
- You have 30 days from delivery (or pickup) to start a return.
- A 10% restocking fee applies, which covers re-testing, re-certifying, and re-listing the device.
- The device has to come back in the condition you got it, with everything that came in the box.
- Return shipping is on you unless the device arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
When there's no restocking fee
We do not charge the fee when the problem is ours. If the device arrived faulty, was not what the listing described, or we shipped the wrong device, you get a full refund including what you paid for shipping.
What we can't take back
- Devices damaged after delivery, including cracked screens, bends, and liquid damage
- Devices still signed in to iCloud, Google, or any account lock. Sign out before you send it back or we cannot process the return.
- Devices that have been opened, repaired, or had parts swapped by someone else
- Returns started after the 30-day window has closed
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and tell us what is going on. We will give you return instructions and, where it applies, an address to ship to. Please do not send a device back without contacting us first, since unannounced packages are easy to lose track of.
- Email dakota.b@ezcell.io or call 419-230-1417
- Or bring it back to 712 N Eastown Rd STE 2, Lima, OH, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm
- Back up and sign out of the device first. Look up your order any time on the order lookup page.
Refund timing
Once the device is back with us and checked over, the refund goes to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it usually lands within a few business days after we release it.
Damage in transit
If it shows up damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and hold on to the packaging so we can file a carrier claim.
Something actually broken?
A return is for changing your mind. If the device develops a hardware fault, the 12-month warranty covers it for a lot longer than 30 days.
