Privacy Policy

• Your name, email, and phone number when you place an order
• Your shipping address, collected by our payment processor at checkout
• What you ordered and your order history with us
• Basic usage data about how the site is used, so we can tell what is working

We never see or store your full card number. Payment details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor.

• To take payment, ship your order, and support you afterward
• To honor warranty and return claims, which requires knowing what you bought
• To meet tax and business record requirements
• To send you deals and stock updates, but only if you opted in

We only email you marketing if you checked the box asking for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops those emails for good. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and warranty correspondence are not marketing and will still reach you, because they are part of the order you placed.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that make an order work:

• Stripe, to process payment and calculate sales tax
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
• Our email provider, to send order and, if you opted in, marketing emails
• Government agencies where the law requires it

Every device we sell is fully wiped and signed out of any previous account before it is listed. If you send a device to us, back it up and sign out first. We wipe incoming devices as part of processing, and we do not go looking through data left on them.

We keep order records as long as we need them for warranty claims, returns, accounting, and tax rules. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email dakota.b@ezcell.io and we will take care of it.

If you give us your mobile number when booking a drop-off or repair, we use it to send booking confirmations and reminders about your appointment, typically 1 to 3 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
